The Purna Yoga Essentials Series

This series presents important, fundamental information that every teacher regardless of teaching tradition or background must know to lead a safe and effective class.  In the world of drop-in yoga classes, this fundamental information may be inadvertently omitted from a practitioner’s yoga education, or you simply may not be positive of the most important safety concern, alignment point, or physical action in a pose.   Remove any lack of clarity and never be left to guess what you must be leading in yoga class.

Friday:  6 - 8 pm (Essentials of Tadasana)

Saturday 8 - 10:30 am (Essential of Standing Postures)

Saturday 12:30 - 3 pm (Shoulder Essentials)

Sunday 9 - 11:30 am (Essentials of Twists & Backbends)

Sunday 1 - 3:30 pm (Essentials of Forward Bends)
